Thompson Tractor is seeking aConnectivity Specialist to install Product Link hardware on CAT and customer equipment, diagnose and repair systems, and coordinate with service teams in the field. Focus is on maintaining connectivity, troubleshooting, and providing excellent customer service.
Based in Birmingham, AL or other Earthmoving branch locations, this role requires strong mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving, with occasional overnight travel.
