We’re hiring a 2nd Shift Machine Operator who will be trained specifically on our Rotary Die‑Cutting equipment. Previous rotary die‑cutting experience is a plus, but not required– we’ll train someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys problem‑solving, and wants to learn a skilled trade.

Monday‑Friday, 3 PM – 11 PM

+$0.75/hour

• New to the trade? Receive hands‑on training on 1st shift (7 AM – 3 PM) for approximately 1–3 months before moving to 2nd shift.
• Our 3‑step Operator Training Program rewards you as you learn and demonstrate skills independently.
• Earn wage increases along the way totaling up to +$1.50/hour.

• Set up and operate rotary die cutting equipment
• Troubleshoot and make equipment adjustments
• Perform quality checks
• Complete job tickets and production documentation
• Clean and maintain equipment
• Work with your team to solve problems and keep jobs moving

• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to learn and take pride in quality work
• Ability to read and use a standard ruler accurately
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs. (with or without reasonable accommodation)
