Key responsibilities include:
- Running a high-quality, engaging daily program that reflects HKP's curriculum, values, and standards
- Implementing HKP's 10 Healthy Ways to Engage with Students and daily programming materials consistently

- Assisting with onboarding new staff at your site; helping them get up to speed quickly

- Reviewing and approving timecards accurately and on time; ensuring hours reflect actual time worked
- Monitoring payroll costs against budget; flagging anomalies and taking corrective action when hours exceed plan
- Building schedules with efficiency in mind — minimizing unnecessary overtime and maximizing coverage with the staff you have
- Communicating schedule changes proactively; keeping staff informed and documenting adjustments
- Using HKP's payroll and scheduling platforms (e.g., Paylocity) accurately and consistently
- Maintaining required staff-to-child ratios at all times; this is non-negotiable
- Taking daily attendance accurately; keeping records complete, organized, and current
- Ensuring the program space is safe, clean, and meets all state licensing requirements
- Verifying that all staff working at your site have current required certifications (CPR, first aid, mandated reporter training, etc.)
- Reporting any health, safety, or compliance concerns to your Multi-Site Director immediately
- Being prepared for unannounced licensing inspections at any time; maintaining inspection-ready standards every day
- Maintaining an organized inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment at your site
- Tracking what you have and what you need; communicating restocking requests to your Multi-Site Director before you run out
- Ensuring teachers have the materials they need for daily programming — arts and crafts, activity supplies, academic support resources, and more
- Keeping the program space organized and materials properly stored at the end of each day
- Flagging any broken, damaged, or missing equipment to your supervisor promptly
- Handling supplies responsibly and modeling good stewardship of site resources with your team
Requirements:
