The Product Engineer team (PE) is responsible for extracting clinical information system data using data mining and ETL processes based on Python and MongoDB technologies.

• Strong technical experience with HL7, SQL, Python, and MongoDB.
• Collaborates across solution groups on similar functionality to ensure data is extracted in the proper formats.
• Works closely with application development and clinical managers to ensure intended data extract delivery requirements are satisfied by the solutions.
• Hands‑on coding responsibilities.

• Excellent analytical skills with strong problem‑solving ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues.
• Adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and review of team members' work to ensure technical output conforms to best practices.
• Models high ethical standards and company code of conduct.
• Develops relationships with stakeholders to assess how data extract technologies can streamline processes and add value.
• Influences team members to resolve complex problems with urgency, through effective listening and communication.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience with healthcare clinical data, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Strong HL7 experience required.
• Coding knowledge required:
  Python, SQL, MongoDB, and similar technologies.
• Knowledge of healthcare data types required.
• Ability to convey complex technical information to various levels of the organization.
