Job Title: Senior Automation Testing Engineer

Own the test strategy and automation infrastructure for a real-time voice AI platform, ensuring agent behaviors, integration points, and call flows perform correctly before reaching live patients.

• Design, build, and maintain automated test infrastructure for voice AI platform (unit, integration, end-to-end, load/performance testing)
• Develop test frameworks and tooling for the engineering team
• Define and enforce quality standards and testing best practices
• Build simulation and regression frameworks for real-time voice and conversational AI scenarios
• Partner with platform, provisioning, and integrations teams for system test coverage
• Own test environments and CI/CD pipeline integration
• Investigate and triage production quality issues; drive root cause analysis
• Develop testing approaches for HIPAA and healthcare compliance

• 10+ years in software quality engineering with focus on test automation
• Proven experience designing and owning test automation frameworks from scratch
• Proficiency in Python, Type Script, or equivalent
• Experience with CI/CD integration (Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
• Deep understanding of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies
• Strong analytical and debugging skills for distributed systems
• Experience testing APIs, backend services, and event-driven architectures
• Track record of raising quality standards across a team

• Experience with real-time systems, telephony, voice platforms, or conversational AI
• Load/performance testing for high-throughput systems
• HIPAA-regulated or compliance-heavy environment experience
• Experience with contract testing or service virtualization
