Focus Group in Birmingham is seeking an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to own complex Microsoft 365 and Azure incidents within our Managed Services team. Hybrid working with periodic travel to Birmingham and collaboration with customers and internal teams.
You will act as a senior escalation point for 2nd Line Engineers, tackle Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and Intune issues, and mentor junior engineers while driving service improvements.
