• Collaboratewithproduct,engineering,andAIteamstotranslatebusinessgoalsintoimpactfulsearchsolutions.
• Continuouslyimprovesearchrelevance,performance,anduserengagementthroughexperimentationanddata-drivendecisionmaking.

• Createreusablefrontendcomponentsandestablishengineeringstandardsthatimproveconsistencyanddeveloperproductivity.
• PartnerwithUXand Productteamstotransformwireframesand Figmadesignsintointuitivecustomerexperiences .
• Contributetofrontendarchitecturedecisionsthatsupportlong-termscalabilityandmaintainability.

• Implementhybridsearcharchitecturesthatcombinekeywordsearch,vector search,semantic retrieval,andAI-powered ranking.
• Developandoptimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation(RAG) andLLM-poweredsearchworkflows.
• Instrumentsearchsystemswithmeaningfulmetrics,including click-through rate,latency,engagement,andzero-resultratestodriveongoingoptimization.

• Develop event-driven,distributedsystemsusing
