Personal Trainer

We're looking for a Rockstar Personal Trainer to join our mission at Steel Strength Training!

(Preferably full-time but open to part-time.)

We're a growing Personal Training business with 4 locations across Birmingham and North Alabama and we're on a mission to change as many lives as possible through Strength Training!

We need our next Rockstar Personal Trainer at one of our Birmingham locations.

• 2+ years of Personal Training experience strongly preferred
• 5+ years of being on your own fitness journey strongly preferred
• Punctual and dependable- when you have a shift, we need to know you'll be there and you'll be there on time
• A Team Player- more interested in the team winning the Steel's mission succeeding than in making a name for yourself. We want you to shine, but not at the expense of others. We're a TEAM working together to change lives. And when the team wins, we all win.
• Someone excited about working with everyday men and women, most of whom will be ages 50-75.
• Enjoys delivering an Excellent Customer Service experience to each client
