Deliver Driver​/Durable Medical Equipment Technician

$500 sign on bonus, $250 first check, and $250 after 90 days.

DME Express is experiencing tremendous growth and seeks drivers/technicians to deliver and pick up medical equipment such as wheelchairs, hospital beds, and oxygen for hospice patients. We are a medical supply company dedicated to delivering the best service and equipment to the hospice field. No experience is required—you will be trained.

• Determine or obtain the best daily route, assemble, deliver equipment, and educate patients/families on proper use.
• Enforce all DOT and FDA regulations pertaining to oxygen and DME for the service center.
• Ensure stock levels and cleanliness in the warehouse and delivery vehicle meet the highest standards.
• Ensure all Medical Equipment Technicians adhere to company and accreditation standards.
• Provide patient/client orientation and instructions on equipment use when applicable.
• Work with patients/clients to solve various problems, acting as a company field representative.
• Complete delivery and pickup processes through the app promptly and accurately.
• Assist in cleaning, disinfecting, and minor repair of equipment.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance of the assigned vehicle as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean personal appearance.
• Promote teamwork among co‑workers, including assisting fellow drivers as needed.
• Be prepared to work Saturdays/Sundays on a predetermined rotating schedule.
• Take "on call" time on a predetermined rotating basis during weekdays and weekends.
• Perform warehouse and office maintenance tasks as required.
• Demonstrate timeliness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience when working with clients.
• Market the company positively and professionally at all times.

• Work in a 24/7 environment with a predetermined rotating on‑call schedule.
• Accept other duties and activities as assigned.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds daily.

Personal Protective Equipment is provided and required. Temperature screenings, social distancing guidelines, and sanitizing/disinfecting of all equipment and vehicles are in place.
