The primary role of the Logistics Specialist (LS) involves loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and/or timely customer delivery, including the unloading and staging of products at the customer’s business location. The LS is expected to represent Tire Hub professionally in all customer interaction and maintain safe driving practices, all while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong customer relationships.
Compensationand Schedule
Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with guaranteed increases of $2.00 over the first year of employment with Tire Hub. Monday through Saturday – fluctuating day shift hours.

This position reports to an Assistant TLC Leader.

- Distribute tasks including general warehousing, delivery services, and vehicle maintenance; adjust allocations as business needs evolve.
- Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires for transport vehicles (trailers, box trucks, delivery vans).
- Follow Tire Hub safety standards for packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing orders; position them using the bin locator system.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks following safety protocols.
- Participate in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of inventory control.
- Collect payments from COD customers as required.
- Ensure vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical condition; conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report issues.
- Maintain driver and vehicle maintenance logs on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with Tire Hub policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training (in-class, in-person, or computer-based).
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or leadership team.

- At least 1 year of general work experience.
- Valid driver’s license and minimum 2 years of driving history (does not include permit).
- Must be 19 years old or older.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to repeatedly lift, pull, push, and move tires (up to 50 lbs) with or without assistance.
- Capable of frequent bending, twisting, and lifting; multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to load, unload, and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles; work up to 35 feet above ground; forklift experience up to 8 hours per day.
- Safe driving of Tire Hub vehicles; familiar with Manifest, GPS, and navigation systems.
- Forklift certification maintained; valid driver’s license maintained.
- May require lifting up to 50 lbs or more with/without assistance; standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, balancing as needed.
- May handle hazardous materials and require protective equipment.
- Specific vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustments.
- Work in non-climate-controlled environments; driving during night or inclement weather may be required.
- Extended days, evenings, and weekends (including Saturday) with little to no notice.
- Physical size restrictions may apply for equipment; accommodations reviewed under applicable laws.
