Rouse Trucking is hiring CDL‑A truck drivers for regional freight with weekly home time, consistent routes, and weekly pay between $1,500 and $1,600.

• Home weekly regional position
• Assigned Peterbilt 579 equipment
• Paid orientation and transition pay
• Full‑time CDL‑A truck driver position

• Weekly pay averaging $1,500 to $1,600
• 6 full days home every month with scheduling flexibility
• Late‑model Peterbilt 579s equipped with SiriusXM, inverters, TV mounts, refrigerators, and Espar bunk heaters

• Additional compensation for stops, breakdowns, detention, layover, and clean inspection bonuses
• No slip seating with assigned trucks

• Well‑maintained Peterbilt equipment

You will be assigned your own late‑model Peterbilt with all the features that make long days on the road more manageable. No slip seating means the truck is yours, set up the way you want it. Equipment is maintained on schedule to reduce downtime and keep drivers moving.

When you start, you'll receive transition pay for your first few weeks. We know it takes time to get into a rhythm with new lanes and new systems, and your paycheck shouldn't take a hit while you're learning our operation.

Orientation covers what you need to know for our CDL‑A truck drivers. We cover your hotel, travel expenses, and meals. You'll leave with your assigned truck and your first dispatch, ready to start earning immediately.
