Overview

Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

• Load all necessary suppliers needed for the daily pickups
• Complete the daily pick-up schedule in a timely manner
• Deliver all daily picks to your branch at the end of your shift
• Handle all specimens and lab samples in a safe and efficient manner
• Safely operate a company vehicle and obey all traffic laws
• Utilize a handheld electronic device to manage daily pick-ups
• Work directly with the dispatcher for additional pick-ups as needed
• Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions as needed

• No education or experience required

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• 1 year or more of driver or courier experience
• 1 year or more of customer service experience

• Very punctual with strong time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to problem-solve customer issues
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Be at least 21 years old

Included with this position is a company vehicle to use for the route. You also have the option to take the vehicle home for $125 per month. Employees scheduled 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), paid time off (PTO) or flexible time off (FTO), tuition reimbursement, and employee stock purchase plan.

Employees scheduled less than 20 hours, casual, intern, and temporary employees are eligible only for the 401(k) plan. Employees on a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to all benefits except PTO or FTO.
