Professional CDL-A Drivers Wanted
Are you ready to bring predictability back to your driving career? We are currently hiring professional CDL-A drivers—both seasoned over-the-road professionals and recent trucking school graduates—for regional positions that respect your lifestyle and your wallet.
What You Can Expect:
- Reliable Earnings: Our drivers average $1,300 to $1,500 in weekly gross pay, with our top-performing operators regularly bringing home $1,750+ per week.
- Steady Run Time: Expect to log between 2,200 and 2,800 miles every single week.
- Work-Life Balance: A predictable routine featuring 12 days out on the road followed by 2 full days of scheduled home time.
- Premium Equipment: Step into a 2022 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth automatic. Every truck comes standard with an APU and is assigned exclusively to you—zero slip-seating. Take-home options are available for drivers meeting specific criteria.
Operation Details:
- All freight runs strictly East of the I-35 corridor.
- New York City and its outer boroughs are completely restricted—no exceptions.
- 100% no-touch dry van cargo.
- Freight distribution sits at 70% drop-and-hook and 30% live unloads.
Training & Corporate Perks:
- Entry-Level Program: Recent graduates receive 4 to 6 weeks of paid, one-on-one OTR mentorship. Enjoy guaranteed weekly direct deposits every Friday during training, moving to full solo wages the moment you upgrade.
- Paid Onboarding: Receive $300 for your orientation week, with all travel logistics and hotel stays fully managed and covered by us.
- Immediate Travel Companions: Both pet and passenger rider programs are authorized starting on day one.
- Full Benefits Package (After 30 Days): Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and Rx plans, employer-matched 401(k), company-paid life insurance, long-term disability, and employee stock options. Vacation time begins building up on your first day.
Job Criteria:
- Must hold a valid Class A CDL with no OTR restrictions and an active DOT medical card.
- Minimum age of 21.
- At least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience OR a certificate showing at least 120 hours of training from an approved CDL academy.
- Clean safety record, clean background check, and a negative pre-employment drug screening.
