Driver (Non-CDL) – Up to $1,000 Quarterly Bonus - Birmingham, AL

Full‑Time job, we guarantee 40 hours a week. This job would be Monday to Friday.

• Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers
• Perform pre/post trip inspections daily and report any maintenance related issues to the Logistics Department
• Meet delivery schedules and report to dispatch any delays within the route
• Unload products for customers at the final delivery point
• Document and log work/rest periods on the ELD and submit fuel/toll receipts
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Collect customer payments, validate delivery and verify any specific instructions
• Report any incidents or DOT violations

• At least 6 months of experience as a CDL driver
• Willing to travel out of town weekly and lift up to 110 lbs
• Willing to get composite or steel‑toe shoes
• No serious tickets or accidents in the last 3 years
• DOT Medical Card/physical, required. We can sponsor your DOT Medical if you do not have one
