CDL A Drivers Out 21 & Home 7 All No Touch Freight (Full Time)

Class A drivers run 100% no touch account that pays $90‑$112K/wk. The best part is the home time—drivers run 21 days and are home 9 (7 days at house and 2 days travelling). Our benefits, trucks, pay, and turnover are among the best in the industry.
Drivers are paid $.65‑$.70 CPM (based on experience and hazmat qualifications). Drivers work a rest‑and‑run schedule: 21 days on, 9 days off. The company flies drivers home and back to the terminal. Trucks are not slip‑seated; preventative maintenance is performed while drivers are cks are parked in either Charlotte, NC;
Columbus, OH; or Mansfield, PA.
Drivers will run the Midwest, Mid‑Atlantic, and parts of the Southeast and Northeast. There are no deliveries anywhere (including NYC) in the state of NY. About 65% of the freight runs at night, so drivers must be comfortable operating at night.
All trucks are Freightliners, KW, or Internationals, averaging 18 months old, and come equipped with a fridge, microwave, inverter, APU, flat screen TV, and XM radio.

Our turnover rate is one of the lowest in the industry.
Qualifications and Requirements- A minimum of 8 months OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years, with at least 2 of those months run in winter conditions (Dec, Jan, or Feb). Drivers with 1 year of Class A experience who have driven local in the Upper Midwest or Northeast major cities during winter months also qualify.
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, with no more than 2 in the last 12 months and none serious.
- No DOT preventable accidents or parking‑lot incidents in the last 3 years.
- No more than 4 driving positions held in the last 12 months, no terminations from any driving job in the last 12 months, and no more than 2 terminations in the last 3 years.
