This position supports the Warehouse Order Processor Supervisor and the warehouse order processing team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining a safe, clean warehouse environment. Work schedules vary with business needs and may include late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

• Minimum age 21.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with vendors, managers, and coworkers.
• Physical fitness to lift over 60 pounds, stand, climb steps and ladders, bend, stoop, and carry products up stairs and down ramps.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (sit‑down forklifts, standing forklifts, standing order selectors).
• Minimum three years of leadership experience.
• Management experience with at least four employees.

• Prepare, communicate, and expedite branch product replenishment paperwork for receiving and shipments.
• Compile and complete daily change processes in the branch system, including data entry and communication with Chadwell Branch personnel and other departments.
• Serve as the primary contact between the Chadwell Distribution Center and branch warehouse personnel.
• Provide excellent customer satisfaction through accurate inventory, selection, checking, receiving, and paperwork.
• Maintain a positive attitude and cooperative spirit with all employees.
• Supervise and assist with product selection, transfer, packaging, and palletization to ensure efficient and accurate order pulling and shipping.
• Accurately record and track inventory, receiving, and shipments in the Chadwell Supply computer system.
• Collaborate with management on inventory and shipment process changes as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
