Chadwell Supply is a successful family‑owned maintenance supply company with 29 branches nationwide. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail‑oriented individual to serve as an Inventory Coordinator.

• 21 years or older.
• Good physical condition and capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds, standing for extended periods, climbing steps and ladders, bending, stooping, and carrying products up steps, stairs, and down ramps and walkways.
• Previous experience operating warehouse equipment including sit‑down forklifts, standing forklifts, and standing order selectors.

• Perform a daily inspection of all warehouse product aisles and areas and provide written notification of any unsafe conditions to the Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Complete daily cycle counting, process customer returns and vendor returns, and perform all other duties assigned by management or the Lead Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Submit daily cycle count paperwork and relay specific count or product issues to the Lead Inventory Control Coordinator via cycle count documents.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods onto or off delivery vehicles as required and according to Chadwell Supply operating procedures.
• Record, process, and restock all customer returned products returned by Chadwell delivery drivers.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and dock area and attend weekly safety meetings with other personnel.
