Description Shift
6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday
Essential FunctionsJob Requirements
- Complete a true and accurate employment application (no omissions or falsifications).
- Successfully pass a required drug screen and comply with the company's drug-free workplace policy.
- Successfully pass a criminal background check per Schnellecke standards.
- Ability to stand and remain on your feet for the entire shift.
- Frequently walk throughout the warehouse during the shift.
- Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull containers weighing 30–50 pounds
. - Perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, twisting, squatting, and overhead movements throughout the shift.
- Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that may become hot and humid
, particularly during warmer months. - Ability to safely perform physically demanding work for 10-hour shifts
, including overtime as needed. - Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.
