Warehouse Operator
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for staging orders, loading trucks, and supporting production processes while adhering to our safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities- Accurately complete the order selection process and stage orders in appropriate areas for loading.
- Load customer orders onto trucks for dispatch or the drop lot, following proper loading procedures and safety protocols.
- Receive packaging, ingredients, and finished goods, ensuring proper storage, rotation, quality assurance, and accurate documentation.
- Support Finished Goods production by managing the take-away and put-away of products from production lines to warehouse locations.
- Utilize RF System for documentation and scanning processes to ensure production reconciliation and product temperature management.
- At least one year of stand up forklift experience.
- Ability to pass the annual required forklift certification process.
- Proficiency in operating an RF computer, desktop computer, and calculator.
- Good math skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations including picking and loading.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Work EnvironmentWork in a manufacturing plant with shifts available from Monday to Saturday. 1st shift operates from 6:45am to 3:15pm, 2nd shift from 2:45pm to 1:00am, and 3rd shift from 10:35pm to 6:00am.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Birmingham, AL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
