This role ensures efficient material handling, order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping logistics while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.### ###
** What You’ll Do
*** Supervise, train, and coach warehouse and shipping personnel to meet production and delivery goals.
* Coordinate and oversee the timely loading, unloading, and dispatch of shipments to ensure on-time customer delivery.
* Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including conducting cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
* Ensure proper storage, staging, and movement of materials and finished products throughout the warehouse.
* Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
* Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and control costs.
* Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to shipments, inventory, and warehouse activities using ERP or warehouse management systems.
* Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
* Oversee the safe operation and maintenance of forklifts, cranes, and other material-handling equipment.### ###
** Who You Are
*** 3+ years of warehouse and shipping experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment, preferably steel or pipe/tube manufacturing.
* 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
* Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.
* Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems.
* Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety best practices.
* Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordination across teams.### ###
** Physical Abilities
*** Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, and other material-handling equipment.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.### ###
