COR Manufacturing Inventory Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Inventory Clerk is a key member of the Warehouse Operations team responsible for all aspects of inventory control; to include receiving, shipping, accounting for movement and shrinkage.

• Enter and maintain all inventory transactions.
• Check incoming and outgoing loads for accuracy.
• Verify BOL's, inventory transaction reports, and loading reports for accuracy.
• Verify BOL's against billings.
• Manage inventory transfers between warehouses.
• Review product for date coding.
• Take daily inventory count and process to host system.
• Resolve any discrepancies with proper parties.
• Check all built pallets prior to loading on delivery vehicles.
• Calculate and record inventory transactions dealing with product rework.
• Responsible for wearing all assigned safety equipment and observing safety rules.
• Required to complete other activities assigned by supervisor.
