Gecko Hospitality - - Responsibilities: POS Backend Management:
Maintain the price book, update fuel prices, and program all scan codes, promotions, and discounts across both locations.;
Inventory Control:
Track stock levels, audit shrink, cycle counts, reconcile inventory with POS data.;
Vendor & Invoice Management:
Input vendor invoices to maintain COGS.;
Margin Optimization:
Monitor margins and adjust pricing based on cost fluctuations.;
Reporting:
Generate sales, inventory valuation, and shrink reports for ownership.
