Escrow Assistant - Responsibilities
Greet, interact, and assist visitors and customers; answer and direct incoming phone calls; receive, sort and route mail. Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, reading title commitments, and taking necessary steps to clear title. Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow. Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings. Working with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years escrow-related experience preferred
$18.46 - $24.63 hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
