As a Digital Billing Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing seamless invoicing support and billing reporting for NBCUniversal’s digital properties. You will coordinate the invoice process & status management in alignment with our clients’ expectations, making sure brands get the visibility they deserve! In this role, you’ll be collaborating with Sales, Strategic Planning, Ad Operations, and the Finance Billing teams, all while gaining invaluable industry experience in digital media!
- Work with account executives, digital planners & campaign managers to understand client billing requirements and to provide actualized flight delivery, ensuring each campaign runs smoothly
- Manage billing dashboards for multiple campaigns, keeping internal teams aligned on status
- Handle custom reporting requests
- Partner with campaign managers and the finance billing team to ensure delivered impressions are properly invoiced
- Work closely with clients and campaign managers to resolve reporting discrepancies with third-party data
- Develop a strong understanding of our advertising products and solutions
- Serve as the main point of contact for billing needs, ensuring seamless coordination with clients
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Client-Focused & Relationship-Driven – Prior experience in client service or account management
- Communication & Collaboration Pro – Strong interpersonal skills to connect with teams and clients seamlessly
- Master of the Fast-Paced Hustle – Able to juggle multiple tasks, stay detail-oriented, and meet tight deadlines with ease
- Sharp Analytical Thinker – Strong quantitative reasoning skills to assess performance and drive results
- Tech-Savvy & Efficient – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) to keep things running smoothly
Hybrid :
This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary: $55,000 - $58,000 (overtime eligible)
