Project Architect

Hiring for first shift! Must be flexible to work Monday-Friday

** Onsite role. Must be willing to commute to Birmingham, MI on a daily basis*
* Must haves:

+ Completed Bachelors in Architecture

+ Must have experience in the residential & commercial sector, working in retail, hospitality, multi-family, or mixed use.

+ Strong proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite

+ Solid technical expertise in both design and construction documentation

+ Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Birmingham, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

401k match, they pay for half of the healthcare, PTO is based on exp - will go up to 4 weeks if the exp is there..they understand the candidate will not want to go backwards in PTO.

This is a fully onsite position in Birmingham,MI.
