- Conduct regular monitoring and reporting on approved/core investment managers
- Maintain internal databases on outside investment management firms to facilitate information flow
- Produce research notes, commentaries, and presentations with accuracy and clarity
- Solid academic and working knowledge of the financial/investment industry; working toward CFA designation preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment research
- Understanding of global capital markets, investment vehicles, and manager research processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in multi-asset analysis and multi-manager portfolio construction
- Proven ability to participate in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex data on various investment classes
