Description
Summary:
The Treasury Management Service Specialist II supports the Treasury Management - National Settlement Team segment, prioritizing complex onboarding and service issues to ensure timely resolution with minimal customer impact. The role serves as a mentor for new colleagues, identifies cross-sell opportunities, manages risk, and adheres to policy and procedure requirements.
- Provide advanced product and service support for the Treasury Management segment, specifically the National Settlement Team.
- Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex problems related to servicing customers and onboarding processes.
- Prioritize service issues and ensure timely completion with recognized customer resolution.
- Perform training or education for customers on specific products.
- Act as an internal resource for inquiries and recommend process improvements.
- Consult on policy or procedure interpretation for other internal departments.
- Mentor less experienced Treasury Management Customer Service Specialists.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in treasury management, banking operations, or a related client implementation or service role.
- 3+ years of working knowledge of core treasury products and services, including payments, receivables, electronic banking, and depository solutions.
- 3+ years experience leading implementations, resolving escalations, and working directly with clients and senior internal partners.
- 3+ years managing multiple complex onboarding projects and extended timelines.
- 3+ years of project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- 3+ years of knowledge of applicable banking laws and regulations.
- 3+ years of change management skills and ability to work at a consistently changing pace.
- 3+ years of organizational and time management skills.
- 3+ years of analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a team environment, resolve problems independently, and manage issues with urgency and attention to detail.
- Understanding of TM products and services or commercial banking.
Workplace: Office (in-office and hybrid work options available).
