Overview
The National Advice Center (NAC) is part of the Huntington Financial Advisory group and provides licensed Financial Advisors with the resources to help clients plan for the future through personalized financial guidance. The role of the HFA Dedicated Financial Advisor - Advice Center is to offer investment advice and financial planning to customers in a phone‑based environment across the Huntington footprint.
Responsibilities- Meet personal production goals and client service objectives through inbound and outbound telephone interactions.
- Analyze client financial needs and recommend appropriate investment, insurance, and financial planning products via phone and web‑based delivery.
- Deliver an engaging client experience while consistently communicating with clients to provide ongoing financial advice and guidance.
- Actively develop and maintain relationships with branch partners to identify investment and insurance opportunities that support clients’ long‑term financial goals.
- Co‑coach branch teams to achieve investment targets and conduct regular meetings with branch leadership to review new business pipelines and performance.
- Ensure adherence to firm and industry regulations, policies, procedures, and record‑management requirements.
- Complete all assigned firm and regulatory training and continuing education by required deadlines.
- Maintain current knowledge of investment and insurance solutions and market conditions to recommend the most appropriate options to clients.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in investment sales (State Health and Life).
- Series7, Series
63, and Series
65/66 licenses.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2‑3 years of experience in an investment area.
- Experience developing and leveraging remote client and partner relationships.
- Strong communication skills with a broad range of prospects and clients.
- Attention to detail in paperwork and a commitment to excellence in service and follow‑up.
Base salary range: USD
52,000.00‑USD per year, plus incentives. Actual compensation will vary based on location, experience, and education. Eligible for an incentive compensation plan.
