This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing global investment bank based in the Detroit area. In this position, you will learn best practices from colleagues with diverse experience in bulge bracket investment banking, middle-market investment banking, consulting, and private equity.
Angle Advisors is seeking to complement its Birmingham-based team of professionals with a qualified, motivated Analyst.

- Prepare, analyze and explain historical and projected financial information;
- Create financial and valuation models;
- Perform a variety of research on industries, products, geographic regions, potential buyers, etc.;
- Prepare offering materials, including confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and other presentations;
- Prepare marketing pitches;
- Help support the execution of M&A transactions, including buyer list generation, information gathering and analysis, data room organization, preparation of client discussion materials, helping to address buyer questions, etc.; and
- Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients and professional advisors.
Requirements for application include: (i) undergraduate degree from a highly respected university, (ii) coursework in accounting and finance, (iii) GPA greater than 3.0, and (iv) willingness to work long hours.
Previous corporate finance, accounting, valuation, or investment banking experience is highly preferred.
