At Floyd's, you choose how you earn: start at 40% commission and climb to 55% with no caps, or opt for guaranteed minimum wage – either way, your hustle pays off. We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our Barbers and Stylists usually take home an average of $24 - $31.25/hour (yep, you read that right).

• Active Michigan barber or cosmetology license
• Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others
• Strong work ethic and a motivation to do an excellent job
• Reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull 25 lbs.
• Ability to work weekends and nights to meet client availability
• Must have at least 2+ years of experience in Men's cutting
