Position OverviewThe Food & Beverage Operations Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic vision, operational excellence, and financial performance of all food and beverage operations throughout the hotel, including restaurants, bars, cafés, lounges, in‑room dining, catering, banquets, and special events. This role partners closely with the Executive Chef and Hotel Leadership Team to deliver elevated experiences that enhance the hotel’s overall brand and profitability.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Vision- Develop and execute a comprehensive food and beverage strategy aligned with the hotel’s brand and financial goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse leadership team.
- Partner with the Executive Chef to develop innovative menus and beverage programs.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Curate distinctive dining and social experiences.
- Monitor guest feedback and continuously enhance service delivery.
- Develop and manage operating budgets.
- Drive revenue growth and cost controls.
- Oversee banquet and catering operations.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to drive group and social business.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build strong vendor relationships and champion local sourcing.
- Senior‑level experience in luxury or upscale full‑service hotel food and beverage leadership.
- Proven success managing complex, multi‑outlet operations.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Inspirational leadership and team development skills.
- Passion for hospitality and elevated guest experiences.
