Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is seeking a HOST to join our team. We are Great People Delivering Genuine Hospitality. Your role is to make “Raving Fans” of our Associates, Guests, Purveyors, Partners, and the Communities in which we do business.

As Guest Services, you will create a positive first impression and make guests feel welcome on the phone and in person. You will control seating in the dining room to assure quality of service, guest satisfaction, and maximize sales opportunities.

• Report to work on time per schedule; maintain uniform and personal hygiene.
• Exemplify hospitality standards; answer guests’ questions and handle requests and complaints prioritizing guest satisfaction.
• Cooperate with management and co‑workers; assist with duties as needed and communicate suggestions for improvement positively.
• Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines; report unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
• Know emergency procedures.
• Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.

• Experience:
  
  preferred 1‑2 years in hospitality (any related role).
