We are seeking professional, service-driven Banquet Server/Houseman to join our exceptional events team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering refined hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences at weddings, galas, corporate functions, and private events.

• Provide attentive, polished food and beverage service during banquets and special events
• Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, linens, chairs, and service stations
• Serve plated meals, buffets, and beverages with accuracy, timing, and elegance
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to special requests and dietary requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet rooms and back-of-house areas
• Collaborate seamlessly with culinary, bar, and events teams to ensure flawless execution
• Uphold hotel service standards, safety guidelines, and luxury brand expectations

• Previous banquet, fine dining, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to required service weights
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
