Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Experience Architect to help shape the future of AI‑enabled content and experience ecosystems for enterprise clients.

Role Overview

This role requires a strong systems thinker who can independently translate research, business goals, and customer needs into scalable experience solutions and clearly documented requirements. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, confident facilitating workshops and stakeholder conversations, and has experience working across cross‑functional teams including strategy, creative, technology, analytics, and client leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Define user flows, information architecture, interaction models, and component‑based experiences while ensuring solutions are grounded in research, data, accessibility, and usability best practices.
  • Help shape digital experiences from concept through delivery, including facilitating workshops, translating requirements into experience architecture, developing prototypes, presenting solutions to clients, and contributing to design systems.
  • Contribute to the design and evolution of enterprise experience ecosystems, including AI‑ready content management and orchestration, adaptive component‑based experience systems, content modeling, taxonomy, metadata strategy, workflow and operational experience design, personalization and data‑informed experience delivery, platform and system integration experiences, design systems and scalable interaction patterns, and cross‑functional governance and change enablement.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across UX, content strategy, technology, analytics, operations, and platform architecture to define intelligent, scalable experiences.
  • Maintain engagement with broader UX initiatives across digital product, web, and brand experience engagements as the practice evolves.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members and foster a collaborative team culture.
Qualifications
  • 5–8+ years of experience in UX, product design, or experience architecture within a digital agency, consultancy, or enterprise environment.
  • Strong systems‑thinking mindset with the ability to connect user needs, business processes, content structures, and technical constraints.
  • Experience translating business goals, user needs, and research insights into scalable UX solutions and clearly documented requirements.
  • Expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, process flows, functional specifications, and component‑based experience documentation.
  • Strong understanding of CMS‑driven and component‑based design ecosystems.
  • Ability to architect experiences across standalone and integrated digital platforms and applications.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams including strategy, creative, technology, analytics, and client stakeholders.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, including leading workshops, presenting work, and guiding stakeholder discussions.
  • Ability to justify design decisions through research, testing, analytics, and UX best practices.
  • Experience planning, conducting, or supporting qualitative and quantitative UX research activities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced agency environment.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Preferred Expertise
  • Experience designing accessible experiences aligned with WCAG standards and inclusive design principles.
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining enterprise design systems.
