Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Experience Architect to help shape the future of AI-enabled content and experience ecosystems for enterprise clients. This role will focus on designing scalable systems, workflows, and platform experiences that support dynamic content delivery, personalization, operational efficiency, and adaptive user experiences across complex digital environments. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can connect customer experience, content strategy, data, platform architecture, and UX design into cohesive solutions that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across UX, content strategy, technology, analytics, operations, and platform architecture to define intelligent, scalable experiences for the next generation of digital products and services.

About The Role This role requires a strong systems thinker who can independently translate research, business goals, and customer needs into scalable experience solutions and clearly documented requirements. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, confident facilitating workshops and stakeholder conversations, and experienced working across cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, technology, analytics, and client leadership. You will help define user flows, information architecture, interaction models, and component-based experiences while ensuring solutions are grounded in research, data, accessibility, and usability best practices.
While the immediate focus of this role is enterprise platform and systems experience design, this individual will also contribute to broader UX initiatives across digital product, web, and brand experience engagements as the practice evolves. This position is based in Birmingham, MI with occasional travel as needed.

As part of the UX team, you will collaborate closely with strategists, designers, developers, clients, and partner agencies to shape digital experiences from concept through delivery. Your day may include facilitating workshops, translating requirements into experience architecture, developing prototypes, presenting solutions to clients, contributing to design systems, and partnering with cross-functional teams to solve complex experience challenges.
