Job Description
We are building a dedicated Standards & Enablement team responsible for defining how our agency delivers world‑class activation across platforms, channels, and client engagements. This team ensures every buying team operates with unified workflows, clear governance, platform accuracy, QA rigor, and scalable onboarding—especially during new‑client transitions where consistency matters most.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do
1. Oversight & Advanced Execution
- Review completed work from team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Complete and troubleshoot platform setups and audits.
2. Team Support
- Provide day‑to‑day guidance on QA expectations and platform usage.
- Support onboarding and training related to platform standards.
- Actualization and reconciliation support
3. Process Support
- Identify recurring platform issues and raise recommendations.
- Assist with documentation and standards updates.
Platform & Activation Expectations
- Hands‑on experience activating, setting up, reviewing, and QAing campaigns across key digital platforms like:
- Prisma
- Social Buying Platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, Reddit, Snapchat, X/Twitter)
- DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.)
- Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing))
- Working knowledge of brand safety, verification, and measurement tools such as IAS, Double Verify, and Zefr, including setup validation and ongoing compliance checks.
Key Skills & Experience
- 2+ years (outside of internships) of Media Buying activation experience. (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to QA and troubleshoot platform setups.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
- Strong understanding of activation guidelines.
- Experience supporting clients across CPG, B2B, Retail, E‑commerce, and Technology verticals is a plus.

Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $63,200.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), and paid time off.
