Senior Salesforce Administrator

CMK Resources is partnering with an industry-leading restoration and property services organization to identify a Senior Salesforce Administrator who is excited to help build and scale an enterprise Salesforce platform.

This is more than a traditional Salesforce Administrator role—you'll play a key part in a large-scale Salesforce Field Service implementation, partnering with business leaders and external developers to configure, optimize, and grow the platform as it's rolled out across the organization.

• Configure and administer Salesforce Field Service
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation
• Develop scalable Salesforce security, role hierarchy, profiles, and permission sets
• Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, and Lightning components
• Create reports and dashboards that support Operations and Sales
• Manage deployments across sandbox and production environments
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate with outsourced Salesforce developers on enhancements and integrations
• Support users throughout a multi-phase regional rollout
• Help establish best practices and drive long-term platform success

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
• Experience building Flows and declarative automation
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Security, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data access
• Experience configuring custom objects, fields, page layouts, and reports
• Experience with sandbox management and release deployments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership
• Bachelor's degree required

• Experience supporting enterprise implementations or platform rollouts
• Advanced Salesforce Administrator certification
