The Law Firm of Victoria is a divorce and family law firm dedicated to representing only women.

We are looking for an experienced (1-2 years minimum) self motivated Legal Assistant to ensure smooth and effective case management. You will provide a broad spectrum of legal services under the supervision of an attorney.

4 days a week for a total of 28 hours a week

• Provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness.
• Handle communication with clients
• Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence
• Processing and scanning incoming and outgoing mail
• Set up conferences and answer phone calls
• Maintain diary system

• Proven working experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary
• Familiarity with legal procedures and protocols, and court system
• Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
• Computer literacy
• E-filing and general filing
• Working knowledge of case management software
• Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple activities and work under pressure
