Studio Manager

Overview

Manager Qualifications - A great manager believes in the therapeutic benefits of Massage Therapy, and has the following:

• Experience in management, preferably with a wellness or massage studio background
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way, ensuring studio operations runs smoothly
• Customer Service oriented with strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to train and develop staff in providing excellent customer service and achieving strong Wellness Program membership sales
• Ability to provide daily, monthly and yearly performance feedback to our Front Desk, Massage Therapists and Estheticians
• Able to work flexible days and hours; including nights and weekends
• Strong Computer skills;
  Mind Body Software experience a plus
• Strong Social Media background a plus
