• Experience in management, preferably with a wellness or massage studio background.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way, ensuring studio operations runs smoothly.
• Customer Service oriented with strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff in providing excellent customer service and achieving strong Wellness Program membership sales.
• Ability to provide daily, monthly and yearly performance feedback to our Front Desk, Massage Therapists and Estheticians.
• Able to work flexible days and hours; including nights and weekends.
• Strong Computer skills;
  Mind Body Software experience a plus.
• Strong Social Media background a plus.
