* Position Summary:

** The Senior Account Executive runs multiple complex projects from inception, through creative development and production.  This person is capable of running full programs, not just project-based work, and works across various agency resources to ensure that day-to-day client needs are met. The focus of the Senior Account Executive role is to ensure that assigned projects are completed to the highest standard and meet client’s expectations.

This person will also have regular Client contact related to the management of projects.
** Roles and Responsibilities*
* · Manage the execution of multi-channel marketing and digital channels that can include digital, website, events, point-of-sale, collateral, marketing integrations and other marketing communications
* Write project briefs and/or collaborate on creative briefs for projects and run project kick off meetings
* Manage creative development of multiple projects
* Assist Management Supervisor with strategy development and planning
* Assist in creating presentations, POV’s, test planning, etc.
* Develop strong, trusting relationships with internal teams and clients
* Collaborate with project managers to manage the delivery of projects, schedules, budgets, status updates and internal documentation
* Oversee and collaborate with project management team on project schedules and surface any unresolved timing or resource issues with Management Supervisor
* Develop rapport and build meaningful relationships with clients and partners by demonstrating genuine sense of responsibility for the success of the business
* Involved in program level strategy planning/development
* Presents creative and ideas to clients
* Understand fast-paced nature of business and positively respond to last minute client requests
* Support creative by championing the thinking and creative work of the agency with the client
** Education/Experience
*** University degree (ideally in marketing / business studies)
* Ideally 3-4 years of experience in agency environment in a client service role
· Experience in the automotive and/or loyalty program industry is preferred
* Proficient in MS Office applications and other typical office tools
* Understands how KPIs are established, tracked and lead to analytics/insights reporting and recommendations
* Has experience and success working with marketing clients
* Display strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Shows initiative and desire to learn
* Handles assigned work requests in efficient, timely manner
* Understands client’s business and industry; and key competitive set
* Can successfully complete projects without assistance
