We are looking for a patient‑centric Optometrist who is passionate about optical fashion and seeks a long‑term opportunity to build relationships with clients and the retail team. The role requires 1–2 days per week, with Saturday availability preferred. We offer competitive hourly rates and a friendly, family‑owned environment.

• Partner with the Store Manager to develop strategies that increase fill‑rate.
• Network and build relationships in the market.
• Deliver a quality eye exam focused on patient experience.
• Recommend lenses to patients during the exam.
• Complete a quality hand‑off of patients to the retail team at the end of each exam.
• Use downtime to network and interact with potential patients and the sales floor team.
