• Develop and implement care plans tailored to the specific needs of children and young people in care, ensuring their well-being and safety.

• Engage with children, families, and carers to provide support, guidance, and ensure their voices are heard and respected in the care process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all work undertaken, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice guidelines.

• Registration with Social Work England is essential.
• Possess a relevant Degree or equivalent in Social Work or Social Care.
• Demonstrable recent experience working within the UK social work sector.
