Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

* Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an early years or childcare setting

* QTS Qualification

* DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)

* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework

* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and confidence reporting concerns

* Paediatric First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development

Key Responsibilities

As an Early Years Teacher, you will:

* Provide a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment

* Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support children’s development

* Complete observations, learning journals and activity planning

* Support children’s routines including personal care, mealtimes and play

* Maintain high levels of attentiveness and child safety awareness

* Build strong relationships with children, parents and carers

* Work collaboratively as part of a supportive early years team
