Busy Bees Birmingham QE is an Ofsted‑rated Good nursery with a capacity of 141, located in a two‑storey building close to the Queen Elizabeth and Women’s Hospitals. The nursery has strong community ties, particularly with the QE hospital, where it participates in initiatives such as the Harvest Festival, creating Christmas cards for patients without families, and a Reverse Christmas Calendar for donating food, toiletries, and toys to those in need.

With excellent transport links, including nearby Selly Oak and University Train stations, and various bus routes from the QE hospital, the nursery is easy to access. • Prepare materials and arrange rooms to create a safe, stimulating environment that encourages children’s growth and learning.
• Plan and deliver activities that support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Act as the key person for children, overseeing their development, care needs, and building strong family connections.

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Good communication skills, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
