• Minimum 2+ years' experience in an early years or childcare setting
• QTS Qualification
• DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and confidence reporting concerns
• Paediatric First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

• Provide a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support children's development
• Complete observations, learning journals and activity planning
• Support children's routines including personal care, mealtimes and play
• Maintain high levels of attentiveness and child safety awareness
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and carers
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive early years team
