Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant

Full Time - Monday - Friday 8.15am - 3.30pm | Start ASAP

Do you have a passion for early childhood development and love helping little learners grow, explore, and thrive? We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our warm and welcoming team.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who is committed, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting children during their most important early years.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support children’s learning through play-based and structured activities
• Work closely with the class teacher and nursery team
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs
• Be a positive, reliable presence for our children and staff

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30am – 3:30pm
• Full-time
• Long-term role

Requirements:

• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
• Has experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Is committed to long-term work and building strong relationships
• Is caring, patient, and enthusiastic
• Works well as part of a team and shows initiative

• Supportive and friendly nursery environment
