Nursery Practitioner - Level 3 Early Years

Location: Moseley B13

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Contract: 30 hours/week Monday to Friday (Part time hours considered)

Hours: 7:30am-6:00pm All year round. Closed on bank holidays

What We re Looking For

We re seeking an experienced early years professional who is:

  • Level 3 qualified in Early Years (full & relevant)
  • Experienced working within a children s day nursery
  • Confident in delivering the EYFS and supporting children with SEND
  • Knowledgeable about safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Passionate about building positive, trusting relationships with families
  • Committed to delivering high quality, child led learning and care
Your Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Act as a Key Person, supporting each child s learning and development
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS
  • Work closely with parents and carers to support children holistically
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
  • Contribute to ongoing quality improvements and uphold Ofsted standards
