• Provide hands‑on care, guidance, and support to children and young people.
• Act as a positive role model, inspiring both the children and your team.
• Keep accurate records, including daily logs, incident reports, and safeguarding documentation.
• Contribute to creating a nurturing, high‑quality home environment in line with Ofsted standards.

To thrive in this role, you ll need:

• Experience in children’s residential care, including managing challenging behaviours.
• A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) (desirable).
• A Full UK Driving Licence.
• Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and regular sleep‑ins.
