A residential care provider in Birmingham seeks a Children's Residential Support Worker to assist young people aged 7-18 in their personal development. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of UK residential care experience with children and a therapeutic approach is preferred. Duties include guiding young people towards independence and teaching essential life skills. A full UK driving licence and a Level 3 qualification in Children's residential are preferred.
Salary is up to £31,700 per year, with flexibility required for shift work.
